The Pay & Benefits Top-Tier Earnings: $80,000 to $150,000 + per year. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid out as $500 at 6 months and $1,000 at 12 months. What You'll Do As a Specialized Heavy Haul Driver, you will lead the safe and efficient transport of unique, over-dimensional loads across our network: Operate Specialized Fleets: Drive elite setups including multi-axle flatbeds, step-decks, lowboys, and RGNs. Haul Elite Cargo: Safely transport cranes, manufacturing machinery, mining components, bridge beams, and crane girders utilizing specialized steering dollies. Master the Load: Execute securement, loading, and unloading processes to guarantee material integrity. What We’re Looking For We are looking for elite, safety-minded professionals who meet the following criteria: License: Valid Class A CDL with a pristine, clean driving record. Heavy Haul Expertise: Proven experience in heavy transport with strong multi-axle and manual transmission skills. Specialized Know-How: Core knowledge of shimming Removable Gooseneck (RGN) trailers.
