Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate flatbed and step deck trucks across assigned routes, adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations
• Secure and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper load securement and compliance with safety standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo documentation, and delivery records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
• Follow company safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on the road
Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
• Proven experience operating flatbed and step deck trailers
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and load securement standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow routes and schedules accurately
• Physical ability to load, unload, and secure cargo as needed

Your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. You will operate:
• Late-Model Tractors: Exceptionally maintained, state-of-the-art trucks equipped with the latest safety technology and driver comfort features.
• Premium Trailer Fleet: Robust, well-maintained flatbed and step deck trailers with top-of-the-line securing equipment.
• Dedicated Maintenance Support: Our heavy‑duty truck repair team ensures your rig is always road‑ready, minimizing your downtime.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate and maneuver commercial motor vehicles (Class A CDL) over regional or national routes.
• Properly secure, strap, chain, and tarp diverse flatbed and step deck cargo (including heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and steel) in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure maximum safety.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs and transport documentation.
• Deliver freight on schedule while maintaining professional, on-the-road customer service.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years CDL-A tractor/trailer experience
• At least 1 year of flatbed experience
• No serious violations within the last 36 months
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
Compensation:
Flatbed Rate: $0.73 per mile + $75.00 tarp pay
Step Deck Rate: $0.73 per mile + $75.00 tarp pay
