North of Houston, the freight never slows down, and this regional fleet needs new drivers to move it. Train on the road with $850 a week , then run central regional freight that brings you through the house often. Getting Started 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced driver trainer $850 per week training pay Your own truck after sign off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo The Region Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and the Midwest Different customers, steady freight Home every two weeks , often sooner 1,700 to 2,000 miles a week Pay $1,100 to $1,400 average weekly gross Mileage pay based on your experience $15 stop pay Performance bonus plan Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match and paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered Rider and pet allowed once training is done Requirements Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical Houston area drivers wanted.
