The hardest part of a new CDL is the first job. Nobody wants to hire you without experience, and the ones who do often leave you guessing. Here you get a clear plan, a mentor on the road, and the same mile rate as veteran drivers once you go solo, with a 34 hour reset every Sunday . From School to Solo in 3 Steps Step 1, onboarding week: 7 days to get to know the company, show your skills and get extra coaching where you need it. Hotel and a $100 food stipend covered Step 2, mentor training: a minimum of 10 days over the road, driving at least 5 hours a day next to an experienced mentor.
