CDL A Driver
Transpartners LLCJob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle different types of trucks including flatbed trailer with attached forklift. The Truck Driver will ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Duties - Operate truck with flatbed straight truck or tractor trailer. - Operate attached forklift to deliver goods to commercial and residential customers. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. - Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. - unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling of materials With forklift. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. - Able to work 6 days a week ( Monday to Saturday ) starts at 6:00 am Qualifications - Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated. - Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of freight transportation. - Ability to operate tractor-trailers safely in various weather conditions. - Experience with manual transmission is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the trucking industry. - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
