How You Start $850 every week during training Experienced trainer on real loads Own truck on full pay after sign off $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch The Job Dry van in 27 states, Colorado east, no New England 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week Home every 2 to 3 weeks Pay $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross $15 stop pay Monthly performance bonus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training Requirements Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing North Carolina drivers, apply on Indeed and get a call the same business day.
