CDL-A Driver - CDL School Graduates - Paid Training - Drop and Hook

Shipyard and plant jobs come and go on the coast. A Class A doesn't. This fleet hires out of the Mobile area, puts new drivers with a trainer on paid weekly checks, and guarantees your floor when you go solo. Training 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer $650 a week while you learn $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo Solo Pay $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week $15 stop pay, $75 plus miles on short hauls Performance bonus The Lanes Everything east of Denver except the Northeast Drop and hook, preloads, live loads and live unloads Home every 2 weeks Holidays are voluntary Benefits Health, dental and vision after 30 days 401(k) with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered Riders and pets after training Requirements At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years Pass hair and urine drug testing School's done.
