Straight answers for new drivers "How often will I see home?" Every two to three weeks. "I am not good at backing yet." Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone. "Does my CDL school count?" If it was 120 hours or more, yes. "Do I pay for orientation?" No. Hotel covered, bus ticket reimbursed, and $300 once you are hired. "What if my first solo weeks are slow?" You still get at least $1,000 a week for your first 3 months solo.
