Job Purpose As a CDL A Driver, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers and branches running smoothly by safely transporting equipment, attachments, and parts between locations and customer job sites. This is a local, home-daily driving role that combines professional driving with customer interaction and hands-on equipment handling. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport equipment, attachments, and materials Load, secure, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT and company safety standards Perform local deliveries and pickups, returning to the branch daily Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues Maintain accurate delivery logs and required DOT documentation Communicate with dispatch, service, and rental teams regarding schedules and route changes Assist with yard organization and equipment staging as needed Operate pallet jacks, tie-downs, and other material-handling equipment Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle appearance Requirements Valid CDL Class A license Current DOT Medical Card Clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations Ability to safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, bending, securing loads) Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of verifiable Class A driving experience Local delivery or equipment hauling experience Experience with flatbeds, trailers, or touch freight Familiarity with construction or industrial equipment Forklift or pallet jack experience Why Join Us?
