Job Description: Truck Driver (Iron Patriot Logistics LLC) Overview Iron Patriot Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our team. As a member of IPL, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while adhering to industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities As a Truck Driver at IPL, you will: Operate Safely : Safely operate a 53’ Step Deck Trailer, ensuring compliance with all FMCSA rules and regulations . Your commitment to safety is paramount. Securement: Safely and effectively secure load with straps, chains & binders, and/or tarps while ensuring compliance with all FMCSA rules and regulations. Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections : Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle and equipment. Address any issues promptly. Timely Deliveries : Deliver freight efficiently and on time, maintaining a high level of reliability for our customers. Customer Service : Uphold our mission statement by going the extra mile for our customers. Provide courteous and professional service during interactions with clients and receivers. Character Development and Integrity : Embrace our core values of integrity , honesty , and humility . Demonstrate strong character and ethical behavior in all aspects of your work. Work Ethic : Exhibit an unmatched work ethic. We believe that if a task is worth doing, it’s worth overdoing. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: A valid CDL-A (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate endorsements. 6 months of driving experience required. We will train you in the proper use of equipment and securement standards. A commitment to safety and compliance. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Clean MVR (No at fault accidents or moving violations in the last year) Compensation We offer competitive compensation based on experience, ranging from $0.55 to $0.75 per mile (CPM) for OTR/Regional drivers. Hourly wages available for local routes depending on experience ranging between $25-35/hr. Open to considering percentages of gross load pay. Contingent on experience.
