CDL A Delivery Driver - PART TIME, FLEX, No Weekends

CDL A Delivery Driver - PART TIME, FLEX, No Weekends Pay: starting at $40.00 per hour Job description: Berkshire Springs is seeking to add an experienced driver to our team of tractor trailer delivery drivers, for no touch freight on 53’ van trailers. We deliver our spring water across 19 dedicated routes in New England, New York, and New Jersey. This unique position offers part time hours, Monday through Friday and does NOT have a set schedule. This would be considered a “fill-in”, flex position to primarily cover our full time driver’s vacation days, with potential for last minute “on call” sick day coverage if you are available . The coverage for vacation days would be scheduled with advance notice. Coverage would be for anywhere for 1 day-1 week (5 days) at a time. Occasionally the scheduled vacation coverage will be happening “back to back” for different drivers, meaning you may work 2 full weeks, or more, in a row. At other times, you may be off for weeks at a time. The ideal candidate for this position is extremely flexible, an effective communicator, and comfortable jumping into the driver’s seat when needed (literally and figuratively). You will not work every week of the calendar year, but on the days when you do, you will be home every night and every weekend. This is a great position for someone who is looking to earn extra income without having to commit to working every week of the year.
