THE ROUTE, FREIGHT & WINTER DRIVING Coast-to-Coast Lanes: Dedicated team run picking up fresh freight in Gilroy, CA and delivering straight to major distribution centers across IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, and FL, with smooth return loads heading back to CA. Reefer Cargo: 100% no-touch refrigerated freight featuring straightforward live loads and live unloads. Weather Awareness: Important Note: Be ready for winter driving conditions—states like IL, MI, and OH definitely see snow during the winter months! HOME TIME & LOCATION RULES Predictable Schedule: Get back home for quality downtime every other week. Hiring Radius: Must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or 100 miles of Colton, CA. Drivers based out of Southern CA are required to have reliable personal transportation to and from the Colton, CA terminal. EQUIPMENT & REQUIREMENTS Modern Equipment: Roll in company-provided, top-of-the-line tandem-axle sleeper tractors with smooth automatic transmissions pulling 53' reefer trailers. Who We Need: Open to established team drivers with at least 3 months of verified experience.
