Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks in compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness. Deliver touch freight directly to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle physical unloading of freight, demonstrating strength and safety awareness. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries. Manage schedules effectively to ensure consistent daily home time. Skills Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record 2-year experience required. Experience in commercial truck driving and delivery operations. Ability to handle physical unloading of freight safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail for inspection, documentation, and delivery accuracy. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and dispatch teams. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as an independent contractor (1099).
