Job Description: Consistent, dedicated aggregate freight running 154-mile round trips (77 miles one-way). Home every day. Zero spot-market chasing. We have immediate openings for Company Drivers to run late-model company equipment on dedicated corridors across Texas and New Mexico. You drive our trucks, we cover the fuel and maintenance, and you get home every single night. Choose your pace: run 2 loads a day (308 miles) or 3 loads a day (462 miles). Predictable lanes, steady turns, and a guaranteed weekly floor so your paycheck never drops when you have a slow week. Pay Structure & Schedule Per Load Pay: $168 per completed load. Daily & Weekly Earnings: 2 Loads/Day: $336/day ($1,680/week on 5 days | $2,016/week on 6 days). 3 Loads/Day: $504/day ($2,520/week on 5 days | $3,024/week on 6 days).
