Our trainees go solo at $0.50 per mile , about $1,300 to $1,400 a week at 2,600 to 2,800 miles, with a 34 hour reset every Sunday . Trainee Program Step by Step Step 1: 7 day onboarding class. Meet the team, complete a skills evaluation, get extra training if needed. Hotel and a $100 food stipend covered Step 2: a minimum of 10 days on the road with a mentor. You drive 5+ hours a day and work through a checklist. Paid $75 a day Step 3: backing, pre-trip and road test Step 4: you are upgraded to first seat in your own truck Female trainees ride with female mentors Pay Once You Are Solo $0.50 per mile starting rate at 2,000 safe miles, same as experienced hires 8 to 10 cents per mile weekly incentive for top drivers Paid weekly, every Friday , direct deposit Annual pay increase Freight Dry van, 100% no touch About 70% drop and hook Customer freight planned up to 3 days ahead Schedule 1 to 2 weeks out Monday to Saturday driving Sundays off for your reset Your truck goes home with you Benefits and Perks Medical, dental, vision and prescription after 60 days 401k, up to 3% company match Tuition reimbursement for your CDL school Automatic sleepers about 1.5 years old with APU $200 orientation pay and up to $800 travel reimbursement Paid vacation, paid tolls, paid holidays Requirements 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL Truck driving school of 120+ hours, completed within the last 12 months No trucking jobs between school and applying No more than 4 moving violations in 3 years No DUI/DWI in 5 years Pass urine drug testing and a DOT physical Apply on Indeed and a recruiter will contact you to walk through the trainee program.
