CDL A Company Driver- Home Daily

We are seeking an experienced CDL A Company Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating reefer trailers across international routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires travel into Canada so a passport, enhanced license and/or Fast Pass is required. Mainly drop and hook. Round trip. Home most days. Pay is 60cpm. The money you make depends entirely how you run as as individual, but average pay is between $1200-$1700/week. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers (reefer) with automatic transmission across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Most freight is drop and hook. Transport refrigerated goods Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records in accordance with DOT regulations. Follow designated routes efficiently while managing delivery schedules to meet deadlines. This particular route runs frm Syracuse, NY to Canada. Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly for repair. Assist with route planning to optimize efficiency and safety during deliveries. Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. Minimum age of 23 Must have valid passport, enhanced license or Fast Pass No more than 2 serious moving violations in the last 3 years Must not be prohibited from operating a commercial vehicle in the FMCSA Clearinghouse No loss of CDL due to disqualifying offenses in the last 3 years 2 years verifiable experience operating tractor-trailer Familiarity with various trailer types such as refrigerated trailers is a plus. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures for commercial driving.
