CDL-A Company Driver (1099) - Conestoga Flatbed - No Tarping

DHS Logistics Solutions is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for solo OTR Conestoga flatbed positions. Bring your driving and load-securement experience to a company-truck position with no tarping, a clear pay structure, and 24/7 dispatch support. What’s in it for you $0.75–$0.80 CPM , based on experience. All loaded and empty miles paid. No tarping — haul Conestoga flatbed freight. Weekly pay and safety bonuses for clean driving. Company-provided truck. 24/7 dispatch and compliance support. Home time and operation Run nationwide OTR as a solo driver, with a schedule of two-three weeks out followed by 3–5 days home . Home-time scheduling depends on dispatch and home-loaction. Orientation is available online or in person . Who we’re looking for You should already know flatbed work and how to secure a load properly. Previous flatbed and load-securement experience is required for this position. Valid Class A CDL . At least two years of commercial driving experience . Previous flatbed experience and hands-on load-securement skills . Availability for a three-week OTR schedule.
