CDL-A Auto Parts Driver - Home Daily or Weekly - Southeast

We are hiring CDL-A Flex Drivers to deliver aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships throughout the Southeast. This is a flexible route position covering for assigned drivers during illness, vacation, and other scheduled absences. Drivers must be comfortable adjusting routes and schedules based on account needs. Drivers deliver hoods, bumpers, doors, cages, totes, and loose packaged pieces. On nighttime routes, drivers use provided keys to access dealership gates and doors, unload and scan freight, pick up returns, and secure the dealership before continuing the route. Pay Salary Average: $1400 - $1800 Pay categorySolo rate Team rate Stop pay$20 per stop $8 per stop Delay pay$18.79 per hour $9.27 per hour Solo routes: approximately 1,800 miles per week Team routes: approximately 3,950 miles per week Solo stops: approximately 6 stops per day, 5 days per week Team stops: approximately 7 stops per day, 5 days per week Home time Solo drivers: home daily Team drivers: home weekly Workweek: Monday through Saturday Start times vary by route and may fall between 10:00 PM and 4:00 PM Most routes operate at night, though drivers must be comfortable with both daytime and nighttime driving Operating area GA, AL, MS, TN, FL, NC, SC What you will do Deliver aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships Unload freight using liftgate-equipped trailers Scan incoming freight and pick up returns Access dealership gates and doors using provided keys on nighttime routes Secure dealerships after completing deliveries Maneuver a tractor-trailer through tight dealership lots and confined corridors Adjust to changing routes, schedules, and account needs Equipment and freight 2020–2022 Freightliner and International tractors Automatic transmission 28-foot and 48-foot dry van trailers with liftgates PrePass and E-ZPass provided Freight includes cages, totes, and loose packaged automotive parts Driver unload and touch freight Must be able to handle freight weighing approximately 40–75 lbs Driver requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience At least 3 months of verifiable team-driving experience within the past 3 years Must live within 30 miles of Alpharetta, GA Must be willing to operate both solo and team routes Approximately 90% of the work will involve team driving Comfortable with daytime and nighttime driving; most routes run at night
