Catering Fulfillment Coordinator + Delivery

Part-time, 15 -25 Hours/Week | $16-18/hr + Additional Delivery Pay | Monday to Friday Mornings and Midday | Nashville, TN Looking for a flexible part time role with consistent weekday hours and no nights or weekends? Bitetime is building a multi-brand food platform connecting meals at work and home through one seamless experience. We prepare and deliver fresh, chef-made meals for workplaces, meetings, trainings, and company events. We are hiring a Catering Fulfillment Coordinator to help ensure every catering order leaves our Nashville kitchen complete, organized, on time, and ready for a great customer experience. This is a hands on role combining catering fulfillment , driver packout , and select customer deliveries . You will prepare the front of house items that accompany our food, organize and check outgoing orders, help drivers get packed and on the road, and complete deliveries when needed. This is not a cooking position. It is an excellent fit for someone with experience in catering, restaurant front of house, hospitality, events, customer service, or fast paced operations who is organized, dependable, and looking for consistent part time work during the morning and mid-day. Compensation and Hours Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week $16-18 per hour Additional compensation for catering deliveries: $25-30 per delivery plus $10-15 vehicle reimbursement Monday through Friday Shifts scheduled during our morning and midday operating hours, generally between 6:00am and 1:00pm No nights or weekends What You'll Do Catering Fulfillment Prepare plates, utensils, napkins, serving supplies, condiments, beverages, disposables, table displays, and preprinted labels for catering orders Review outgoing orders to ensure all front of house items are complete, accurate, and presentation ready. Organize completed orders by customer, departure time, and driver. Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment and driver pickup area. Driver Packout Help pack catering orders into driver vehicles safely, accurately, and efficiently. Confirm drivers have the correct food, supplies, beverages, and delivery information before departure. Communicate with Culinary, Customer Success, and drivers to address order changes, missing items, timing issues, and special customer requirements. Help keep orders and deliveries moving smoothly during busy breakfast and lunch periods. Catering Deliveries Complete select catering deliveries to workplaces. Safely transport, unload, and professionally set up catering orders. Represent Bitetime with friendly, professional customer service. Communicate proactively and help resolve delivery or customer issues as they arise.
