Duties Safely operate the company van to deliver catering orders across designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and regulations Load, unload, and secure food supplies and catering equipment using manual handling techniques and material-handling equipment such as carts Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation Manage delivery schedules proactively to ensure timely arrivals at customer locations, adjusting routes as needed for traffic or unforeseen delays Communicate effectively via mobile devices to confirm delivery details, update statuses, and address customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area and delivery vehicle to meet safety standards and health regulations Provide excellent customer service by engaging politely with clients during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns promptly, and representing the Morucci's brand positively Qualifications Prior experience in delivery driving is highly desirable Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Knowledge of safe lifting practices for heavy loads; ability to lift weights safely in accordance with workplace safety standards Familiarity with route driving using mobile devices for navigation; ability to adapt routes based on traffic conditions efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude; excellent communication abilities for engaging with clients during deliveries Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as moving supplies, loading/unloading platters, and standing for extended periods Join us in delivering exceptional food experiences while showcasing your driving expertise!
