Catering Delivery Driver

Starting at $20/hour, increasing to $22/hour after successful completion of a three-month probationary period. About Boardroom Catering Boardroom Catering is a family-owned catering company specializing in premium catering for private aviation. Located near Toronto Pearson International Airport in Mississauga, we provide high-quality meals and personalized service to private aircraft passengers and crews. We’re looking for a reliable, professional and hardworking Catering Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves catering deliveries, shopping for supplies, collecting orders from vendors and assisting with daily operations. Key Responsibilities Catering deliveries Deliver catering orders to private aviation terminals (FBOs) using a company-provided vehicle. Pack, check and load catering orders, ensuring accuracy, quality and presentation. Complete deliveries punctually and professionally, meeting strict delivery deadlines. Communicate courteously with FBO staff, customers and internal team members. Handle food, beverages and catering equipment carefully during transportation. Purchasing and vendor pickups Shop for groceries, ingredients, beverages and other catering supplies as required. Pick up orders and supplies from approved vendors and suppliers. Verify that purchased and collected items are accurate, complete and meet quality standards. Transport purchases and vendor orders safely back to the kitchen. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure all required ingredients and supplies are available for upcoming catering orders. General operations Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Assist with packing catering orders, organizing supplies and general kitchen support duties. Adapt to changing delivery schedules and last-minute catering requests. Follow company food safety and handling procedures. Assist with other operational duties as needed. Qualifications Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and clean driving record. Previous delivery experience preferred but not required. Excellent punctuality, reliability and time management. Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg). Ability to work independently and contribute to a small team. Comfortable shopping for supplies and coordinating vendor pickups. Willingness to assist with duties beyond driving. Schedule and Transportation This is a full-time position with variable working hours based on flight schedules and catering demand. Candidates must be flexible and available to work very early mornings, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. Reliable personal transportation is required. Our Mississauga facility is not easily accessible by public transit. Employees must have access to a vehicle to commute to and from work. A company vehicle is provided for catering deliveries, shopping and vendor pickups. Compensation $20/hour during the three-month probationary period. $22/hour upon successful completion of probation.
