Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Chef to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional catering services for a variety of events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, help with food production, ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. As a Catering Chef, you will be responsible for food production, food safety and maintaining efficient food service management to delight our clients and elevate our reputation in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities All aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet company standards. Maintain quality while adhering to dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines. Oversee inventory management and ensure proper food handling and sanitizing procedures are followed at all times. Help manage kitchen operations during catering events, including shift management, staff coordination, and ensuring timely service delivery. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment. Work along with our culinary team members in culinary techniques, food production processes, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure seamless execution of catering services. Must have valid driver's license!! Requirements Proven experience in banquet catering, fine dining, or restaurant management with a strong background in food production and catering services. Supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments such as hotels, resorts, or large-scale catering operations. Extensive knowledge of dietary department practices, food safety sanitizing procedures, and inventory control methods. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Hands-on experience with food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen experience across diverse culinary settings. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for delivering exceptional food service experiences in hospitality environments.
