Catering and Inventory Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Catering & Inventory Coordinator Fresh Catch Poke Co. | Buffalo & Williamsville Great food starts with great planning. We’re looking for an organized, motivated teammate to keep our three stores stocked with fresh ingredients and help execute catering orders and events that customers remember. If you love a checklist, think ahead, and take pride in getting the details right, we want to meet you. What you’ll do Coordinate daily ingredient needs so each store is stocked and ready to serve. Track inventory, anticipate shortages, and help reduce waste. Plan days and weeks ahead around store needs and upcoming catering orders. Help organize catering prep, packing, setup, and event execution. Keep orders, timelines, and teams organized so everything comes together on time. Who we’re looking for You’re detail-oriented, goal-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks. You can prioritize a busy day, communicate clearly, and follow through. Food service, catering, or inventory experience is a plus. Schedule Ideal core hours are 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. , with flexibility for the right candidate. Additional catering and event hours will vary based on bookings.
