The compensation for this position will be $87,000 - $107,000 annually. The exact compensation will vary by experience, education and location. SUMMARY The Category Manager III manages medium-to-large Indirect Procurement categories and leads sourcing activities that improve cost, quality, service, supplier performance, and business value. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, execute sourcing strategies, support negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to annual savings and value delivery objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven procurement leader who excels at managing strategic Facilities and Utilities categories while cultivating strong stakeholder relationships across the organization. They bring extensive experience sourcing and negotiating facilities management, maintenance and repair services, janitorial, security, HVAC, capital projects, energy, electric, natural gas, water, waste management, and related utility services. The candidate has a proven track record of developing category strategies, optimizing supplier portfolios, driving sustainable cost reductions, and ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and service excellence across a complex enterprise environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Category Strategy •Develop and execute multiyear category strategies that support business objectives and procurement value targets.
