As we continue to grow our Sweeteners program and expand into other food ingredients, we are looking for a Category Development & Sourcing Analyst to join our team. The Opportunity This role combines procurement execution, supplier management, analytics, and category development. You'll work directly with a Category Leader with more than 20 years of specialized sourcing and industry experience, helping manage and expand our sweetener sourcing programs while gaining hands-on exposure to supplier negotiations, contracts, pricing, commodity markets, and category management. We're looking for someone who can manage the details required to execute sourcing programs successfully while also seeing the bigger commercial opportunity in how to create greater value for members, suppliers, and the category. What You'll Do Manage and support supplier contracts, pricing programs, member commitments, rebates, and sourcing program execution. Build strong working relationships with participating members and suppliers and help resolve pricing, supply, delivery, and service issues. Analyze pricing, purchasing volumes, savings, market information, and program performance. Support RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Develop business cases and value analyses to increase member participation and category volume. Identify and implement process improvements that make sourcing programs more efficient and scalable. Partner across QCS teams, including Member Services, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Systems. Develop increasing expertise in sweeteners, commodity markets, food ingredients, and commercial sourcing. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 3-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, supplier management, commercial operations, or a related field. Experience working with suppliers, contracts, pricing, sourcing programs, or commercial agreements. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Commercial curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership. Approximately 20% travel. Sweetener commodity experience is preferred but not required.
