Cashier/Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Sales Associate to join our retail team! Duties Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system transactions. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met. Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and negotiation strategies while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in team management and training & development. Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities. Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and store operations is essential.
