Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement Provide knowledgeable support for technology sales, explaining technical details clearly Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage cash register operations efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing at shift end Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of merchandise Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering best practices Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or over the phone Enthusiasm for learning about new products and technology solutions to better assist customers Join us as a vital part of our retail team where your proactive attitude and dedication will create memorable shopping experiences!
