Cashier/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services within the store Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with clear communication and phone etiquette Assist in inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings (if applicable) Basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and managing retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership growth opportunities Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
