Cashier/Sales Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing product information and recommendations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and refunds Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise, enhancing customer engagement Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage cash register operations efficiently, including balancing cash drawers at shift end Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and courteously Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic merchandising tasks Follow company policies on time management, safety procedures, and POS system usage Skills Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features and answer questions Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products to conduct product demos confidently Retail sales experience with a focus on cash handling, cashiering, and upselling techniques Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and register balancing Customer service orientation with phone etiquette and active listening skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Merchandising knowledge to create attractive displays that drive sales Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence when needed Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
