Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process retail sales transactions, returns, and exchanges. Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and retail math calculations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism and friendliness. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to ensure an attractive store environment. Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and monitoring product availability. Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is essential. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally. Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising principles, and stock management practices.
