Cashier/Sales Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and speed Manage cash drawer handling, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized store layout Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and inventory counts Skills Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for retail math calculations Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base Experience with product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales performance Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional remote communication Join us in delivering outstanding service while developing your retail skills in a fast-paced environment!
