Cashier/Sales Associate

PREFEREBLY SOMEONE WHO LIVES IN POTTSBORO OR CLOSER TO THE LOCATION THANK YOU Duties Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and recommendations Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and rotation Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and balancing registers Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Support store operations through phone etiquette, answering inquiries professionally Supervise or assist in supervising team members when necessary, ensuring smooth store functioning Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores Familiarity with POS systems and retail math calculations such as discounts and totals Experience in supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills, Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $10.00 per hour Work Location: In person
