Cashier/Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Manage the cash drawer with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained through effective merchandising Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment to ensure product availability Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations with strong cash handling skills Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail environments is a plus Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in-store and over the phone Strong retail math skills for accurate transactions, pricing, and inventory management Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock organization Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales totals and change-making Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales volume while ensuring customer satisfaction Join us as a vital part of our team where your enthusiasm fuels success!
