Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier-Front Desk Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will shine! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring balanced registers at shift end Upsell products and promote store specials or new items during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities Conduct product demos when applicable, providing customers with detailed information about merchandise Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain an attractive and organized store environment Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely Assist with merchandising efforts to highlight featured products and optimize store layout Support inventory management through stocking and product replenishment tasks Handle customer service issues professionally, resolving concerns promptly and courteously Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers in bilingual settings if applicable Basic math skills for cash register operations, retail math calculations, and balancing cash drawers Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Supervising experience is beneficial for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Embark on your retail journey with us!
