Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions and handle cash, credit, or digital payments Conduct product demos when needed to showcase store merchandise and promote upselling opportunities Maintain an organized cash drawer, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing registers at shift end Stock shelves and assist with merchandising to ensure products are well-presented and accessible for customers Provide knowledgeable assistance on store products, answering questions about features and benefits to enhance customer experience Support inventory management by participating in stocking, product replenishment, and inventory counts as directed Requirements Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is highly desirable Supervising experience in a retail environment is a plus but not required Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of merchandising techniques and store product knowledge is beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us as a Cashier and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
