Cashier Expediter

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Cashier Expediter to join our dynamic food service team. Duties Coordinate between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely delivery of orders Monitor food preparation progress and communicate updates to servers and guests Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards Support with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking or garnishing Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff to expedite orders efficiently Support banquet or special event service when required Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary tasks is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Previous banquet, bussing, or hotel experience is advantageous Basic understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This role is vital in creating a positive dining experience for guests through efficient coordination, quality service, and adherence to safety standards.
