Cashier/Customer Service Representative (Wed-Sun) 12-7 pm

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic retail team. Your primary responsibilities will include handling retail sales transactions accurately, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with product knowledge and merchandising. Responsibilities Operate the cash register efficiently, processing retail sales transactions with accuracy using POS (Point of Sale) systems Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed Handle cash handling duties including cash drawer management, making change, and balancing registers at shift end Promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction Maintain store appearance through stocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization Experience Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members during shifts or overseeing daily store operations Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate cash register operations Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellent service while building your career in retail!
