Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns Manage cash register operations with precision, including balancing drawers at shift end Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively Use multilingual skills when necessary to communicate with diverse customer groups Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and product organization Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers quickly without sacrificing quality Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous for engaging customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills ensures accuracy in transactions Proven organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks and maintain a tidy workspace Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive phone etiquette Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-tier service!
