Cashier/Customer Service

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing sales transactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and technical sales experience are highly valued to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns Manage cash register operations, including balancing drawers at the end of shifts Assist customers with product information, demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Conduct product merchandising and ensure displays are well-organized and appealing Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product features Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and organization Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during busy periods Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and change calculations Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling and product demos Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have strong organizational abilities, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment.
