Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform daily cash reconciliation with precision Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Communicate effectively using phone etiquette when assisting remote or phone-in customers Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while maintaining accuracy Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization Demonstrate strong organizational skills to keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and welcoming Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience in technical sales or product demos involving technology or electronics is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills in English are essential for clear interactions with customers and team members Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising principles, and retail operations enhances your effectiveness in this role Demonstrated ability to manage time well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your proactive approach and passion for helping others will shine.
