Duties Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash registers Handle cash drawer operations with integrity, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selections Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store merchandise and enhance sales opportunities Assist in stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining organized product presentation Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in stock replenishment activities must have over a year of experience in lotto Skills Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Previous supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members when needed Ability to perform retail sales transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising techniques to enhance visual appeal Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and managing cash drawers responsibly Ability to conduct product demos, upsell merchandise, and promote store offerings confidently Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills for customer interactions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career in a fast-paced environment.
