Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in the role of Cashier, Cleaner, Lottery Manager, and Restocker. This multifaceted position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, ensure smooth casino operations, maintain a clean environment, and manage lottery sales and restocking duties. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily tasks efficiently while providing exceptional guest service. This role is vital in maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. We expect you to work 30 hours a week spread between Monday - Friday. Duties Manage cashier responsibilities including accurate cash handling and processing transactions. Oversee lottery sales by managing ticket inventory, restocking machines, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area, cashier stations, and public spaces to uphold health and safety standards. Ensure adherence to casino operations regulatory compliance standards across all duties. Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and deliver outstanding guest service to foster a positive environment. Requirements RAMP Certification Basic math skills with strong numeracy and mathematical aptitude for accurate cash handling and calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Technical proficiency in operating POS systems, lottery machines, and other relevant equipment.
