Cashier and Expeditor

Duties Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and giving correct change Manage customer orders by taking food and beverage requests clearly and promptly, ensuring accuracy in food service order management Expedite food orders from the kitchen to ensure timely delivery to customers while maintaining food quality standards Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, including basic food handling and sanitation practices Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, organizing supplies, and ensuring smooth flow of operations during busy periods Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat business Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong background in food service customer order management, cashiering, and retail sales transactions Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety management and sanitation practices Experience with operating kitchen equipment and supporting food preparation activities Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences!
