Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using efficient POS (Point of Sale) systems. Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures. Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, attractive, and accessible. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude. Maintain knowledge of store promotions, new products, and technology sales to inform customers effectively. Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and organization to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering with strong cash handling skills. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Demonstrated technical sales experience with product demos and upselling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and basic math for transaction accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods. Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
