Responsibilities Operate the cash register accurately, handling retail sales transactions with speed and precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through their purchases. Manage cash drawer handling and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Upsell products and promote store specials to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct product demos when needed to showcase features and benefits to customers. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining an organized retail environment. Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and product placement to enhance store presentation. Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers seamlessly. Skills Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations. Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team. Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales, discounts, and change calculations. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and basic inventory management. Ability to perform stocking duties efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Familiarity with upselling strategies and product demos to boost sales performance.
