Cashier

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions at the register. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with basic math, operating a cash register, and engaging with customers to enhance their dining experience. Duties Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently during customer transactions Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely and responsibly Assist customers with their purchase, answer questions, and provide friendly service Drive sales through upselling products when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure smooth operations Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment as needed Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures during transactions Requirements Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and giving correct change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if necessary Join our team as a Cashier and play a vital role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers.
