Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashiers to join our retail team! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions and handle cash drawer operations Maintain knowledge of store products, merchandising standards, and current promotions to upsell items effectively Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity. Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by assisting with stocking and product replenishment as needed Skills Proven experience in cashiering or retail sales transactions with strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations for efficient transaction processing Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage customers through upselling techniques Supervising experience is advantageous for team collaboration and supporting store operations Knowledge of merchandising principles to maintain attractive displays that promote sales opportunities Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers and performing retail math calculations confidently Join our dynamic team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
