Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while ensuring proper cash handling procedures Manage cash register operations including counting cash, giving change, and balancing drawers at shift end Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and basic merchandising information Upsell relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales goals Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory levels, customer requests, and store procedures Use strong phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and product placement tasks Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments Demonstrated technical sales experience or familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus Experience in merchandising, upselling, or product demos is advantageous Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and register reconciliations Excellent organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your skills in retail sales, technical product knowledge, and customer engagement.
