Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail transactions accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and assist with product information or demos when needed Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Upsell products by recommending additional items that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restock merchandise as necessary, and support merchandising efforts Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling product demos Support stock replenishment and inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting basic retail math for inventory counts Requirements Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual environments is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in retail settings is advantageous Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations confidently Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and store policies Ability to perform cashier duties accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards Familiarity with upselling techniques and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while sharpening your retail expertise!
