Responsibilities Operate the cash register accurately, handling retail sales transactions with speed and precision Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product demos when needed Manage cash drawer handling, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive store appearance Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-ups Support inventory management by participating in stocking activities and product replenishment Requirements Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment is a p Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing the cash drawer Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and retail math principles Ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels great customer experiences!
